Shipping/Return Policies

  • All items are processed the same day, unless it’s a Saturday or Sunday.
  • We pride ourselves on having most everything in stock. We will notify you if an item is out of stock or on backorder before processing your order.
  • Most items will be shipped out the same day but could take up to 3 days.
  • We will only process your credit card once we have it prepared to be shipped.
  • Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking.
  • Table items with “Free Shipping” might incur an extra amount of shipping cost depending on the shipping location. We will notify you if this is such a case.
  • Not all items over $50 will have "Free Shipping"
  • We do not ship to freight forwarding companies

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Any item that is not a table or shipped by freight only can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receiving product.
  • The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping and item needs to be sealed in original packing/unopened.
  • Items still can be returned withhin 30 days but will incur a 15% restocking fee. After the 30 days all sales are final.
  • If you are returning a pool cue it has to be unchalked for a full refund.
  • After receiving the return item we will inspect the product before issuing a full refund.
  • You may return item for an exchange of equal or lesser value.

  

TABLE SHIPMENTS

  • All tables are shipped Monday-Friday by freight carriers.
  • Tables will be delivered curbside & someone must be present to assist the driver in removing the table from the truck.
  • Due to the size of the truck, freight companies may be unable to access certain residential areas. If you feel that your required destination is such, please contact us prior to placing your order.
  • Additional services can be provided by the freight company at an additional charge. Please contact us should you require special assistance.
  • We will notify you once your table has been shipped and provide you with the PRO (tracking) number and the local terminals phone number. Scheduling a delivery time with the freight company will be required.
  • Most freight companies require a four hour time window for delivery. If the freight company is late for delivery, please contact them directly.
  • Once the table has been removed from the truck, and while the driver is still present:
    • Inspect the table for damage
    • Table damage must be noted on the the Delivery Receipt
    • If you suspect damage that is not visible, please note "Subject to Inspection" on the Delivery Receipt. If the driver will not allow you to make this notation, refuse the shipment.
    • All of this must be observed to ensure proper credit
  • For any concealed damge found after the deliviery, you must notify the freight company within ten (10) days.
  • If you find your table has concealed damage, do not assemble the table. If a table has freight damage and a pick-up by the freight company is required, you are responsible for re-packing the table in its original packaging.
  • If for some reason you want to return the table still brand new in the box there is a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.
